Our communication style assessments offer a powerful tool for better understanding how to get the most out of your team. Through self-assessments, discussions, and individual and group exercises, teams gain a new familiarity and understanding of one another. True Colors helps teams develop an understanding of each team member’s unique working style. Through self-assessments, discussions, and individual and group exercises, teams gain a new familiarity and understanding of one another, allowing them to face obstacles with more unity, impact, and adaptability.

Our True Colors Certified Facilitator will guide your team through the different temperament styles to help individuals communicate more effectively, have more empathy, and work together with greater ease and alignment. We combine the True Colors assessment and workshop with our team development initiatives such that individuals can get a visceral experience of the different styles in action.

about true colors

  • Participants are given a short assessment that can either be completed prior to the session or during the session. After scoring, participants discover their “true colors” style preference (Blue, Green, Orange and Gold) with associated data. Our facilitators will lead a series of group discussions to highlight each style’s strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities.

  • Blue: Relational, harmonious, authentic

    Green: Analytical, curious, intellectual

    Gold: Procedural, organized, dependable

    Orange: Spontaneous, action-biased, fun

enneagram

The Enneagram is a powerful tool for personal growth, development and collective transformation.  It is a map of our inner landscape, represented by nine distinct strategies for relating to self, others and the world around us. It has been described as nine different worldviews, or nine ways we get lost and nine ways we can return to our true self.  It is a dynamic diagnostic tool, not a permanent diagnosis.  Simply put, the Enneagram gives us a specific roadmap back to ourselves by helping us identify our unconscious core motivations and the strategies we have put in place to survive.

The Enneagram supports both individual and organizational learning by pointing to the strengths and gifts of each person and the team as a whole.  Every personality type has a particular contribution to make and using the Enneagram as a map it can point us to what what patterns are habitual and may be holding us back, and what shifts will allow us to make the best decisions leading to successful outcomes.
